Infrared Hot Yoga
Our new, state of the art infrared studio offers a hot yoga experience unlike any other studio in Long Beach.
With 24 ceiling mounted panels, you can enjoy the healing and therapeutic benefits of infrared heat, while improving your overall health and wellness.
Hot Flow is an infrared heated Vinyasa yoga class that is rigorous, challenging and fun. These classes will help to detoxify, balance and strengthen the body, while increasing the focus of the mind. You will leave this class feeling rejuvenated and energized.
Slow Flow is an infrared heated yoga class with a steady pace, allowing time to discover the beauty of stillness. These classes help increase our vitality, freeing us from our tensions and reactive habits of our day-to-day lives. You will leave this class feeling vibrant and grounded.
Yina Yoga is simple, but not easy. It is the cool and still compliment to a hot and powerful style of yoga. During this class we will hold floor stretches for long periods of time. This process will take the stretch beyond the muscles, into the connective tissues, ligaments and joints of the body. It is in these pockets that we hold onto life's trauma and/or injuries. With this class you will find inner balance and deep healing.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation class in a supine positioned and is aimed at moving you through the four brain waves toward the most restorative; delta. This is a deeply relaxing class that heals and restores a wired and tired system. You will leave this feeling relaxed, with a heightened level of clarity.
Breath and Meditation
This class focuses on the connection between breath and the mind. How we breath is how we think. This a non-physical, seated class encompassing breath-work and visualizations to guid you into a deep meditation.
Infrared Hot Barre
Like our hot yoga classes, our infrared hot barre classes are held in our infrared heated studio. These classes use wall-mounted and mobile barre systems, light weights and resistance bands, in combination with your own body weight to improve flexibility, strength, cardio health, overall wellness.
Classes are available for men and women of all ages and skill levels.
Jump-Start is an introductory barre class for beginners. This 45 minute class is designed to show you the basic exercise techniques, proper posture and an overview of the hot barre experience. This small group class will allow our instructors to evaluate your form and help you with your exercise goals.
Barre Core is our intense core exercise class. This high-energy 45 minute class focuses on the midsection to help tone and strengthen this area. The exercises performed during this class are high repetition and low impact and consists of light weights, resistance bands, gliders and your own body weight. Get ready to sweat, burn calories, improve your core strength and get motivated.
Barre Cardio is a fast pace, cardio focused class. Our goal with class is to get your heart rate up and burn calories. The non-stop exercises performed during this 50 minute class will have you sweating and your muscles pumped!
Barre Tone is a muscle strengthening and toning class that integrates barre, weights, resistance bands and high repetitions. This 50 minute class will help build and tone your arms, legs, shoulders and back.
Infrared Hot Fitness Classes
We turn up the heat with our infrared fitness classes. Taught by some of the best local fitness instructors, these classes are all about low impact and intense workouts. With multiple unique classes held each day, you're sure to find a workout that gets you pumped.
